    Avoid at all cost. Not worth the pain.
    The good thingsFree parking and cheap food.
    The challengesNever ending non-affective meetings. 4-5 meetings daily that took most of your work hours. Meetings only to satisfy the ego of the bosses on the pretext of 'Updating' while bosses only want to flex authority. Did not trust the staff at all to do work with extreme micro-managing. No leading capabilities at all. Everyone works as to save their own skin. Did not care if every action will trouble other team members. Each team have personal agenda and will do whatever it takes to condemn other teams just to gain career advantage. Very toxic working culture.

    The good thingsThe work environment here in the branch is best. Teamwork or more likely family.
    The challengesThere are no career enhancement for my grade. Benefits offers is so minimal. No backup from the management for us as the frontliner.

    Nightmare, regret not leaving in the first month!
    The good things- Good bonus if you can take 3 staff's workloads and survives for more than 1 year - Can be heaven if you could tag along with their local (slow) culture
    The challenges- Never ending non effective meetings - System down for almost everyday - Poor leadership/poor internal communications - Obsolete technology with obsolete working style - Need to blend in Malay culture and speak BM for tasks to move faster - Lack of manpower and no proper training/handover provided!

    low salary for non-union staff, no revised salary since 2009
    The good thingsthank God still entitled for unlimited medical leave compared to the new joiners
    The challengesonce u working at the branch level u can never escape for any career move unless u resign from the Bank.
