    There are challenges in every workplace, supportive and positive environment makes a big difference.
    The good thingsFrom the interview to the onboarding process, the experience has been smooth and welcoming. The colleagues are friendly, supportive, and always willing to help. I would like to give special mention to the Acquisition Manager Mr. Seelan who guided me throughout the process with clear instructions and made me feel valued even before officially joining the company. The organization also provides good opportunities for career progression, and I truly feel appreciated as part of the team.
    The challengesAs banking is a highly regulated industry, there are frequent updates to compliance requirements. It can be challenging to stay up to date, but it also provides valuable learning opportunities and helps build a strong understanding of the industry standards.

    The challengesLots of layers to get something done, adding frustration and slowing down the process. Many processes and documents do not have owners making it difficult to get something changed as everyone will not know who is the decision maker.

    The good thingsSalary and the environment are pretty good. Plus bonus when working during holiday and coworker were really supportive and helping each other. The only drawback is you need to be good in managing your time and work.
