Not recommended if you want a challenging environment.
The good thingsthe staff there is great but the task is not challenging enough. The task provided is relatively easy and I would say closely related to clerical work.
The challengesEverything is fine instead of the allowance given is too low. Not much challenges just there are a lot of repetitive work.

    Toxic working culture
The good thingsGood amenities. Good resources. Location is ok because very near to MRT station. Benefits are good. Bonus. Stability. Work life balance. All in all, RHBIB is a fine organization to work at, but watch out for certain departments with high attrition rate.
The challengesLow salary. If you are lucky enough to be considered as a "capable" employee, be prepared to pick up the slack of your other colleagues deemed "incapable" by bosses. High level tasks which are given to most junior staffs progress slowly due to lack of support - in this regard productivity could be improved if bosses are more involved and take ownership in the execution of the deliverables together with the junior staff. Others - Dealing with two-faced gossipmongers on a daily basis. Blaming culture that can get hostile to a certain extent.

    A fruitful & happy experience.
The good thingsSuitable for the entry-level learner that want to master skills & knowledge of stock market. Technical-sales balanced career.
The challengesThere is a room of improvement for the management, to adopt the fast-moving big environment, in order to cut down the workload of this job. Slow career progression. Low wages increment. Rewards & recognition should be carried out more frequent. Corporate hierarchy is obvious, and not challengeable.
