    Pleasant Working Environment with Plenty of Opportunity
    The good things- Opportunity to handle project from inception to completion due to its size - Friendly colleagues and bosses - Opportunity to learn from the boss directly - Exposure to international projects while working in Malaysia - Opportunity to be seconded to 150 other RLB offices around the world - Easier to migrate to other countries using the RLB name - Good place to learn how to "work independently"
    The challenges- Slightly long working hours - Challenging deadlines - Occasionally have to do own research to solve issues and doubts - Steep learning curve

    Enjoy journey with RLB
    The good thingsA healthy workplace environment and culture combined with awesome colleagues make RLB a great place to work. Besides, it is a pleasure to work for a company that truly cares for their employees.The thing I like most about working here is the spirit of teamwork. Also, the company provides a good platform for us employees to grow and develop ourselves. In particular, the company provided me the opportunity to undergo Training Cubicost TAS, TRB and TBQ, which are very beneficial to me career-wise.
    The challengesHave to work out to prevent obesity as there's just too much good food here.

    Opportunity to handle projects ranging from building works to infrastructural works with direct lead from the director.
    The good thingsGood working environment. Friendly staffs, hands on experience, great workplace to achieve milestones in your career and very advanced method of running the office's norm such as Glodon software for measurements, BQ preparation and E-tendering.
    The challengesProjects are challenging (a challenge where every company will have in exchange for experience).

    You will regret.
    The good thingsNice working environment. A lot of good foods. Friendly colleagues.
    The challenges- No photostat machine in the office, only an all-in-one printer provided which cannot carry out daily purposes.
