They are always improving their working routine, responsible for each work, lead a healthy communications, helping other staff in their work and more in order to achieve their target.
The challengesThey are having lack of machinery issues, unconsistent number of workers, and others. However, with a good approach and appropriate solution, the issues arise are under control. They have gone over limit in terms of expected duration to finish the construction, however the issues arise are meeting the solution in short time. Thus, the construction work have been well proceed.
