    The good thingsGreat colleagues, nice office.
    The challengesIndecisive management. No clear SOP and procedure to follow. Most instructions are verbal and keep changing. Lack of respect and appreciation to staff's hard work. Basically OT everyday and totally no work life balance.

    No clear instruction on what to do
    The good thingsThe working environment is ok with friendly colleagues. And also easy to deal with boss.
    The challengesThere is no clear direction from management. They can change their mind anytime. Very hard to deal with account department. Normally the instruction just giving thru their mouth and no standard SOP to be followed. Anything come from the head of account department is the rules for the company to be followed

    Worth to learn at challenging task to succeed in construction firm
    The good thingsMany involved in factory projects which may have the chances to deal with multi national corporate. So far personally feel that no major politic in this company as the top management is very particular on this. The big boss is humble and good as received appreciation of token before. If annual profit margin is good, there will be company trip and bonuses given by the top management. Company structure follows the hierarchy
    The challengesIf having factory project, the momentum of working is in fact good as I feel the time can fly easily without noticing as tight schedule to complete. Is challenging and satisfying to those who have the helicopter view to learn and grow up at this company. However, sometimes working life might be busy to deliver the clients. Hopefully have some team buildings for all staffs can communicate with more colleagues that not really know.

    Fresh graduate can get RM2700
    The good thingsVolume of work not heavy , very re and at site , no work also can claim OT for 3-4 hours and office wont check . Go site is the best , can enjoy also got money .
