    improvable organising management
    The good thingsHolidays are same as state public holiday,(depends on working in which branch). Have staff discount for purchasing autoparts from the company.
    The challengesnot enough training for staff on how to use the company system. Should have an official procedures for all staff to acknowledge and pratices. Lack of communication between all branch.
