I've gained major career advancements very quickly here in this company over years. Although works are sometimes tense, I'm forever grateful that I have a bunch of supportive colleagues and bosses who supported me along the way, giving me guidances, encouragements and opportunities to overcome them all. It's heartache to see bad and unreal feedbacks from ex-colleagues who intend to sabotage and tarnish the company's image in such a way. The management values talents, attitude and positivities. Though skill sets are the basic fundamentals and essential in performing daily tasks, however, company values young talents and strongly believe that soft skills can be trained while attitude is hard to set, thus, working on the individual strengths and moulding the right attitude rather than depending solely on each's experience.
