    Overall, it depends on the kind of work environment you are looking for. It's a matter of give and take. This is a comfortable company suitable for stability and long-term employment.
    The good thingsIt is a company where the workload is not too heavy, offering a great work-life balance. The benefits are also very good. Colleagues are friendly, and the leadership is easy to communicate with and open to discussions.
    The challengesThere is a lack of training and promotion opportunities. In my HR position, I sometimes encounter long-term employees who are too comfortable in their roles. This can sometimes make them seem indirectly disrespectful to HR, a bit spoon-fed, and overly demanding.

    Wonderful company I ever work
    The good thingsHighly effective work pace within department itself, smooth collaboration across the department. Importantly there's no red tape like big company. Yearly appraisal and increment based on performance. Supportive boss and friendly colleagues, especially HR who adhere on employee well-being. If you're about to start your career or mid-way toward your career path, here's the great place to bootstrapping your journey.
    The challengesAll good! Really got no complaint, just that you need to be autonomy and be more exposure to the outside world since the things is changing so fast. Maybe some employee learning program will be helpful. Last but not least, they do have company trips and team building.

    The good thingsAn e-commerce company hence you will design a lot of digital content. Great opportunities for fresh grad. As a designer in the company, I’m glad it allows me to explore and create all sorts of visuals, from trending anime to popular memes! If you’re into pop culture, it’s going to be a lot of fun! 🤓 P.s, You don’t have to work overtime, a designer dream ✨😭 but time management is very important! P.s.s, no strict dress code, fun hair colors is 👌 you can be you boo ❤️
    The challengesWorkload tends to double up during the sales/peak season, be ready for last-minute changes. Pay is slightly below average compared to what other companies offered.

    The good thingsGreat colleagues during my experience with this company. Also, the workload is manageable and don't worry, they will teach you from scratch on how to do the work.

    The good thingsYou get to understand, learn, and enhance your skills in the digital marketing field in every aspect from social media management to seo content creation. If you want to grow as a digital marketer and build a fantastic portfolio, this is the place to be at. You are also working with amazing colleagues, not just from the same department but from all departments and they are willing to share and brainstorm ideas with you to make not just your work better but the company as a whole. Even when you need to speak to the management, the door is always open. Since the company is small, you will definitely make friends here, possibly for life.
    The challengesThe workload is a lot so be prepared to work extremely hard! Plus I hope the management are able to grow and become more flexible and less strict with the changing working environment that is happening currently, whilst listening to the concerns of the employees. The management makes decisions without much consideration of the staff members as a whole at times. Otherwise I worry they may sadly loose more talent in the long-run.

    The good thingsNice and comfortable working environment. Friendly colleague, open minded and supportive superior which allow staff to share their opinions and ideas. Self improvement is possible at here because all departments work related which allowed knowledge sharing among department.

    A Good Starting Place to Gain Experience
    The good thingsPlenty of opportunities from management for growth, learn and new experiences. Always feel free to speak up if you have disagreements or concerns. Gained super BIG BONUS when high working performance was acknowledge. (Okay, just get the job done.) CEO is a very good listener and leader. Work/life balance is perfect. Unlimited snacks and drinks provided. Seasonal catered lunch/dinner especially "Buka Puasa" and Christmas celebration.
    The challengesThe company is hitting the old staffs comfort zone danger culture. Company can actually learn how Uber gamified work.
