    The good thingsExposed to the safety on the road maintenance work. Additionally exposed to the operation maintenance for the road maintenance work as well. Able to improved communication skills. Roadcare's staff and safety unit are nice and pleased.
    The challengesHard job where we have to control the sub-contractor and cope with the public as well. Have to wait for the sub-contractor to comply to the traffic control plan provided and the ppe too.
