A challenging but deeply rewarding place to grow as a brand and marketing professional.
The good thingsA great place to grow if you're serious about learning strategic branding & marketing. You’ll work closely with passionate mentors who are generous with their knowledge, drawing from over 40 years of combined industry experience.
The challengesNot for those seeking comfort zones or a typical ad agency—Roar Point is a boutique brand consultancy with high standards and a fast pace. But if you embrace the challenge, the growth and learning are truly worth it.

    Great office culture, wonderful bosses
The good thingsThe company provides an opportunity to learn and grow not only in your career, but in your personal development. You'll learn directly from bosses with 40 years of experience combined who are willing to not just teach you, but mentor you. You'll build a foundation which will take you anywhere. Working here also means you'll have a chance to learn from every industry out there with the clients you have.
The challengesWork can be hectic and really fast paced. The bosses can put a lot on you with expectations for you to succeed. Means you'll need to learn fast, grow fast and really push yourself. It can be tiring at times but do keep your head up and take every experience as a lesson to push you up.

A good starting point to learn about industry
The good thingsBosses are experienced and gave helpful feedback for constant improvement. They were also understandable towards any of our concerns.
The challengesThe company is small, hence the workload can be quite overwhelming especially for someone who is new to the industry. The working environment was very quiet.

A great place to enhance your skill and learn new things
The good thingsGreat workplace, great bosses, great team. Everyone in the office are very nice and friendly. A lot of things can be learn in this company which will benefit us in the future.
The challengesTime and workload are the challenges, you will need to be able to work fast in order to complete other task that you may have in hand, because there will be a lot of work that will need to complete quick. Also equipment may not be the best for designers, but will get the job done, hopefully in the future will have better equipment.

    Insightful Internship
The good thingsBosses are very experienced and have a teaching heart which is good if you're looking at a potential internship here. You'd be able to learn a lot in terms of advertising know-how's and branding. Work environment is friendly, no drama, no fuss. Colleagues are very chill. If you're looking for more branding related work, Roar Point is a good choice.
The challengesIn terms of clients, not much diversity so you might get bored. As my internship period was during the MCO period, there was a lot of work from home which was not ideal. A lot of meetings were done on Zoom and communication on Whatsapp which is not very centralized. Sort of "old-school". Would have been better for centralizing work and communication on platforms such as Discord.

Overall Very Satisfied working in this company
The good thingsColleagues are pretty friendly and easy to work with, great working environment, if i wished i could be flexible.
The challengesWorkload could be on the heavy side, so i had to really mange my time and work flow, a little bit there a little bit here helps. Currently the equipments and softwares are kinda outdated ( pretty old i'd say ) which then slows down my work flow and efficiency. Gotta really be patient here.

    The experience start
The good thingsif you are looking for real experience here is the great place to learn. Skill is everything's here. As a fresh graduate come with a empty baggage. Here i slowly fill up my baggage. I never know about digital. Even Roar Point just do a bit of digital, but a great learning point over a digital things. I learn Html and many others things. College and bosses are the best.
The challengesTalk about challenges, its will challenges your mind. How fast you think about each idea and how to make into the deadlines. Here also make you develop one skill to another skill. I never know HTML and After Effect but here I put myself to a challenges to make sure i get things right.
