    The good thingsHaving own initiative and driving plant operational activities. Flexible working time and emphasise on self discipline. Easy to adapt into different division though product are different, strong standardisation apply globally.
    The challengesRely heavily on profit by it own. Very much on KPI orientation that in some cases over expecting entrepreneurship leads into poor remuneration in performance bonuses.

    The challengesLong working hours. Too much of documentation. Lack of competency (engineering). Too many rules and regulation / strict. Small car park. Too many unnecessary meeting.

    The good thingsThe company provide the workers with adequate and positive working environment. Employee will be expose themselves to multicultural environment, which help them to learn and adapt international working culture.
    The challengesAs time goes by, the potential new project coming in is way too much for the company to handle. Most of the workers are burden with output and are chasing with deadlines along the way. When this happen, less time for the workers to choose for training workshop which are made available to all the workers.
