Worst working experience so far (honestly). I left the company and now I am doing way better and the working environment I have now is so good that it made me realize how bad they were.The good thingsthe direction of the company is good
The challengesthe management is the worst of the worst that I have ever seen or interacted with. They never provide proper solutions and expect you to deliver the best solutions without them telling you any context. Basically, they just want you to be on your own and yet still deliver their unspoken desired outcomes. Pay is low, benefits are lacking, and their HR is extremely judgemental too. If you like working in a toxic environment with low wages and benefits, feel free to come here
