- Lack of support from supply chain and always no stock to supply to market
- Unprofessional Top Management and always change of direction.
- Retail HOD are moody and always using of foul language to scold her teams.
- MNC but is a China Women management style and lack of flexibility for sales teams.

Forget about staff treatment
The good thingsThe office is nearby with LRT & parking wise is okay.
The challengesMost workers there are those who have work many ages so expect the system to be very old school and the management style is very ineffective which resulted to high turnover. With new challenges coming (pandemic), they should rethink their management style because if not, they won't survive.

Good as kick start for introduction in manufacturing field
The good thingsLearn the manufacturing from the hands on job to get the idea how the product done and the quality expected besides other kind of engineering thinking during the hands on job. As a supervisor, it would be good as first platform to encourage and train to get leadership, problem solving on as first row in production and human management which is directly managing operator in production before submitting to HR Department.
The challengesOn supervisor level, not much you can have big impact to the company even thought we are directly under Factory Manager. The main part is career set for me is like 8-10 years and would be straight away to Head of Department. Slow but stable career progression but not suitable for me as I am aggressively progress for my career.
