    Working at Rockwills
The good thingsMid-size company that is easy to blend in. Not much politics. Fairly relaxed environment. Most of the employee are of younger age, so the environment is considered quite nice for fresh grads and those that are still fairly new to the workforce. A lot of opportunities to make many friends.
The challengesThe management has very outdated thinking. Not much market research is done. Most of the time, their marketing strategy I s based on their personal belief and experience that are not up to date. They do not accept external opinions or new ideas easily. Sometimes they focus too much on petty things that should not be focused on.

The importance and challenges in managing human resource.
The good thingsOpportunity for career development and close relation between management and staff. There is a proper HR structure as a guide in managing the employees. The company have always ensure to comply with the law and regulations. The open communication between management and staff.
The challengesThe challenges to recruit & retain the young talents who are more attracted to higher salary and having less interest in the value of the career and company. They are observed as one who are willing to let go the position offered if the salary offered to them does not meet their expectation although they are unemployed. A program should be designed targeting this group to develop a loyal talent.
