    The good things1. Lots of stuff to do and learn. 2. Helpful seniors and understanding bosses. 3. Highly specialized field for engineering. 4. Even a freshie can make a difference. 5. Good branding in the industry. 6. Hands on learning style.
    The challenges1. Demotivating remuneration. Even for seniors. 2. Attendance, claim & medical policies are nothing to write home about. 3. Overall, good company for freshers. Once you learned enough, there are better places that will appreciate you more.

    The good thingsOpportunities to 'know' many different things but not in deep understanding or explanation from superior or management. Encouragement from management to explore yourself in new task, communication with different level of people, take up responsibility etc. Under normal circumstances, you will given chances to handle all kind to challenges/problems.
    The challengesMiscommunication between departments due do not have understanding on each department job functions. No guidelines from superior or management during difficulties situation, no appreciation from management after problem solving which is really discouraging and staff become not willing to take up the responsibility.

    The good thingsThe best to working here, I can do everyting not including in my electricity scopes, the examples is, I have new experience repairs of hydraulic line , electronic PC boards, all type welding sets, fire alarm systems, water pipe line, waste water treatments, LPG gas burner systems, water tubes boiler systems & many mores, all in on hand experience, it's amazing & thankfully.
    The challengesFor the production line workplaces, you must to fast learning & working in very high pressure, to achieve production targets & reduce downtimes. To be a strong maintenance time, we need to work in good team, support in other & give a the best of the best.
