    The good thingsGood Benefits from the company ie. Team Building, Medical - family coverage despite spouse is working. Dental coverage even got limitation - Business Review Trip, Off-site meeting, Wellness programme etc. Performance Bonus and Incentives Chances to visit other country especially Germany/Singapore if you are an Engineer.
    The challengesThe immediate supervisor high expectation and sometimes I find it difficult. I could have done it better. Just because I am at the front desk, there are a lot of interruption and sometimes I cannot just sit at the front desk all the time. I have to walk about, moreover printer, scanner, photocopier machine are all on the first floor. I really feel that a lot of time wasting unnecessarily.

    The good thingsMany new things are made known when you are willing to learn and adapt to the working culture here. My experience in learning new things had developed vastly. The working process or the way is very much systematic compared to the earlier ones. The organization had made one to realize his/her potential which can be maximized and be capitalized as well. It had enable me to grow gradually.
    The challengesTo contribute significantly in all areas of working. New work role, responsibilities, and ability to handle projects in a bigger scale. To work beyond the normal working hours to meet narrow dateline. Leading a team with a different back ground and putting them in a team to have a close bond where they can work together.
