    The challengesRe-organization change is pain in the butt they suddenly give you new project without guidance and threw you under the bus, if it come out as a failure they will blame you for it.

    The good things- Very friendly colleagues & environment - Able to have close relationship with managers / Managing Director due to small number of employees in office - Managers and MD took care of staffs. - High chances to get promoted - Company dinners and company trips for all members (including newly hired) - Able to travel overseas for training and other sales office visit
    The challenges- Systems are complicated to learn up but as time passes, frequent usage of the system will - Sales position too has a lot of paper works to be done and meetings to attend. - Language barrier with Japanese managers which caused communication failure. - Trainings are provided by seniors only on basic knowledge. There's still many things that has to learn by own self. - Has to be independent
