Working for years and still does not know job scope and exact role
The good thingsPayment always right on time and they always listen to your problems during working. But, not all will be implement although it is a great idea for the company. So, it is depends on situation.
The challengesFirst of all, you must know Japanese language. On top of everything, this is the most important. Even if you are an engineer, but does not know Japanese language, your level will be just the same as technician or operator. Your job scope also. Need to be wise and careful.

The Best Workplace / Work Environment (Compared with previous 8 company)

Very good company to gain experience if you are the person who loves to take challenge and have high self motivation to improve himself. The challengesTime management is very crucial Managing local related people (difference in mentality and awareness between local malaysian especially kelantaneese with japanese)
