    The good thingsThe good thing in here is about our teammates. We are always together to finish our project. Then our manager keep going to support us if anything happen. They will share the knowledge to us if we don't know how to did it.
    The challengesThe challenges working here is hard to enter our main office. Because we need to wait transport at the main gate before went to office. Not enough van to sent workers at site and office. Then will late to thumb print.

    My experience during working with ROTARYMEC. All is awesome!
    The good thingsI learned on how to overcome the conflict and confrontation with clients and our outsource which is the 3rd party. I learned lots about the system and the standard procedure for all task that have given to me.
    The challengesTo perform an investigation regarding any issues that related with environment, safety & health. To perform Loss Prevention Observation for my team. This is to ensure all workers comply with the rule and regulations. To do an equipment inspection based on the checklist given such as fire extinguisher, body harness, first aid kit, fall protection equipment, PPE, engineering's equipment and etc.
