If the opportunity doesn't knock you, you built the doorThe good things1) Learned something by my own. I managed to develop my master list, budget folder, account folder, enhancement of application form alone without supervision by superior.
2) Learned to managed difficult external & internal customer, GMs, Other GLCs and University inside & outside malaysia.
3) I managed to blend in the culture in a few weeks
4) i managed to built good rapport in various level
The challenges1) All the enhancement or any initiative have to go to many level before you can get approval eventhough no money will be incurred.
2) Trust, decision making for small thing you will never get it since they are worry their subordinate will get better opportunity to promote.
3) Never get opportunity to promote because of qualification (you have to get degree if you want to get promotion)
