    A place where it’s not suitable for people with experiences from good and structured companies. Okay for fresh graduates. Very few collaborations, understanding and cooperation between departments. Fierce in corporate politics

    The good thingsgood location. with long history and reputation.
    The challengesfamily based company with long time employees who have their set ways of handling things. transforming to meet the changes in the market would be a big challenge for this company. watch out for leaders who have served the company loyally for over decades and took their spot because of their loyalty instead of ability to lead.

    The good thingsEveryone here is friendly, the environment is great. No one here trying to pull rank, which is great. Gain a lot of experience here (you need to have the willingness to learn) even when I worked here just one year.
    The challengesI would say that there's a lot of micro-managing from all the big-bosses and a quite slow/small opportunity for career development

    The challengesHorrible experiences working here! The uncooperative people! Never in my life thought a moment, I will be going through these dark days. They will used you as much they want and ya after that ------ that's it... No career progression/no increment/no bonus/no annual dinner or a company trip in the past few years.

    The good thingsThey have benefits for staff that have worked for them for more than 10years above. They provide great trainings as well for their staff.
    The challengesEvery month we have to achieve our personal monthly target sales. The Communication with foreigners is also abit difficult cause of the language barrier that sometimes our customer do not speak fluent english. But overall, everything is good.

    The good thingsJob itself is easy and workload isn't too heavy. Easy to mingle with colleaguee. Working hours and off days are flexible. Good working ethics amongst staff.
    The challengesNo career development. No AWS. No bonus. No team building events. Not much of motivation for sales staff. Targets too high, thus commision is lesser.
