Based on my own experience. Can't say for others.The good thingsEveryone here is friendly, the environment is great. No one here trying to pull rank, which is great. Gain a lot of experience here (you need to have the willingness to learn) even when I worked here just one year.
The challengesI would say that there's a lot of micro-managing from all the big-bosses and a quite slow/small opportunity for career development
