Kuala Lumpur City Centre Kuala Lumpur2 to 3 years in the role, former employee
A place that carries weight in your resume but a place of hell to work.
The good thingsSalary, Meals & Free Parking for a job in Kuala Lumpur.
The challenges- Need to handle committees and members who think they own the world and they are next to God. - They don't care if the staff has any work life balance and need to work on weekends and public holidays. - Very hectic job. - Too much of internal politics. - Need to do everything A to Z and burn the midnight lamp multiple times to get things done. - When request for extra man power it will always be denied and rejected by committee. - But they want everything to be efficient. - Forget about yearly bonus.

"As a first-time applicant from a middle-class background with basic experience, I am eager to learn, work hard, and grow with this opportunity.
The good things"I am applying for the first time. I am from a middle-class background. I have some work experience, and I can speak basic English. I want to learn more and work hard if I get this opportunity.
The challengesSince I am applying for the first time, I don’t know the exact challenges yet. But I believe I may face some difficulty in communication at the beginning because my English is not perfect. However, I am ready to improve and learn every day."

Some good, some might be challenging
The good thingsThe environment here are good if you are looking for a place that can provide a lot of things to improve & upgrade yourself to the next level. Indirectly, it teach you how to be independent, mature, good decision-maker, firm with your decision to make sure the higher authority listening to you. Love to work here, and if i need to leave here for good, i am pretty sure i am gonna miss this place.
The challengesProcess of decision making gonna take quite long as they have few level for approval. So thing that you have to expect is, most of it gonna takes time to settle. Every term will have a different TC & SC, which will leads to different decision each time and could give you a massive headache.

    Good place, yet troubling
The good thingsThe working environment at this place will bring you further towards success as there is a lot of challenges while completing the tasks given within the stipulated time. By working here, it has improved me in many areas, and gave me invaluable experience where i can use it at other place.
The challengesHigh level personnel unable to be independent and make your own decision because most of the things are decided and approved by the Sub-Committee and The Committee. You need to be extremely firm when doing something for the company, in order to make the SC and TC to accept your idea.

The challengesPolitic working environment is bad and cause of stressful. To comfort all 6500 members is big challenge to me and my team, The decision making flow is long and bad that cause look like we are not working, Some more all the executive and above position are contractual basis. Saturday is working day. Quality life is not good
