    Hands on and working with low supervision from superior
    The good thingsPleasant working environment with supportive top management and friendly staffs. Company give better benefit to staffs. Being one of the main supplier or manufacturer to the government-linked company which the distributed their products to all government hospitals and clinics showed the strong business relationship and brought the benefits to company as well. Location of the office also near to highways, near to railways and other facilities. Its inside the developing area.
    The challengesUtilities and facilities can be upgrade to high technology system, easy to maintance and monitor. Invent more external training to staffs, so the staffs able to gain new knowledge for their job scope and exchange ideas with colleagues from other pharmaceutical companys or other industries.

    The good thingsThe working environment is really enjoyable. We work in one team and very close to each other. There are activities conducted which involves employees of all level and this make us understand well the goal of the company
    The challengesLanguage barrier is one of the challenge to work there. Most of the operators are foreigner but they are getting better from time to time. With frequent improvement program done by the employer, the challenge is no more to be barrier!
