    The good thingsLearning & Development Culture, Young and always pushy towards growth. Teamwork and prioritize to diminish politics and developing culture around the people joining in.
    The challengesMore quantifiable KPis than qualitative. Despite More than average in Comission, Incentive and growth Map, but financial isn't the only motivations for some of us. They can certainly improve work-life balance for early joiners and keep the KPis less quantitative
