    The good thingsi learned many things and gain more experiences. the working environment is fine and the staff there is very helpful. you get to know so many things about OnG industry. good experience so far since it was my first job.
    The challengesno career advancement, less opportunity to develop career for fresh grad and the salary was average. although you learned many things, the work is actually repetitive. i wish the company can offer permanent position with better salary.

    The good thingsGood working environment, large plant, good learning, good salary, improve knowledge on petrochemical plant. Must take the opportunity to be a better person in chemical engineering field. The senior is very dedicated, full with experience and even will spend their valuable time to make sure junior worker is being a successful person. If you get a chances to work here, pleaseeee i begging to you to accept the job. pleaseeee.
    The challengesOld plant that need you to give 100% focus. Of course quiet exhausted and challenging to work here. Its not a place for you to a honeymoon session.

    My great experience communication is the most important.
    The good thingsThe environment there is great. They were kind and friendly. We also can learn new things there even it is non applicable. At least we have some knowledge about company where we work even it is temporary. The company have it's own clinic.
    The challengesThe most challenges thing is trying to understand the systems used in the organization. Plus need to know the chemicals that we used for production and know the estimate time to order and receive the chemical based on the instructions given from the boardman. Need to key-in chemicals data in the different systems.

    i am enjoyed doing my job here since it is my major in studies and i learnt a lot form them.
    The good thingsTheir teamwork are very good and they willing to helps you anytime if you need. They able to explain more about your task until you can do it by yourself with successful results. They very concern about their employees welfare and they have many activities to be joined to keep each other employees keep in touch and keep a good relationship among them.
    The challengesYou will get stress once in while in completing your task but you will get through it as they are willing to helps you to handle that.
