    The good thingsIf you get good manager you can learn but if you get you know what i mean.

    The good thingsProvide good environment work (based on site), the benefits are quite good compare to other facility company
    The challengesThe clients are different based on site but mostly I have to deal with a complicated client and demanding. Otherwise, everything is good.
