The challengesWhen the company expand, we started to hire a lot of people and in my opinion we had hired some of the wrong types of people who do not fit into the company's culture and value. Resulting there was some communication breakdown among departments and some relationship among some colleagues.
Our management failed to address the problems and the company was facing some great challenges back then.
