    The good thingsTaiwanese boss is really a good boss, patient, humble and dedicated in keeping good quality of products. A boss who i willing to contribute my effort and energy to build up his company.
    The challengesNot competitive working environment makes people dont willing to step out from comfort zone. Ambitious people may find it hard to survive here, but married / elderly people who just want a stable and easy going job would probably likes to stay.
