The challengesMost of the time, i have to work alone especially works that involve coordination at site. Due to lack of staff here, i have to multi-task and some of the task do not related to my position as designer. It's good to multi-task as you will not get bored by doing the same things. But sometimes i need extra time to do my true task and i wasn't getting paid for my overtime. Perhaps that only happen to me.
