    i worked in the production department. the environment is quite hectic as i need to fulfill the employer target of quantity and quality of the gloves.
    The good thingsif anything went wrong related to the machine component, quality gloves, or output gloves, fast action will be taken. urgent meeting will be conducted to discuss and find solution. everyone from other department also gave good cooperation.
    The challengessometimes in order to meet the management expectation, it can be quite stressful. it also involves some technical aspects related to the coagulant, adhesive and latex as further research is required.
