    A company with no direction & no future
    The good thingsCan hardly find one, to be honest.
    The challengesUnable to move at all, as top management keep on with their flip flop directions and never a decision been made. Not just staffs, even consultants / contractors high turnover too. And they're super calculative too. Don't even have proper pantry!

    The good thingsVery happy working environment and pleasant office colleagues.
    The challengesThis company hires people with experience to fit in lower positions and make them hands on everything ie. A manager with no asst or executives. Employees who left will not be replaced. Work will be divided to others until the dept is left with 1 person. Very conservative company. Very high turnover.

    Site Engineer in a developer company
    The good thingsThe salary is good. The location of construction site also good. Site office situated in the prime land and easy spotted. If easy to get along with top management with friendly approach, this position suit you. Just have to master English as other language than English may defer every conversation with top management.
    The challengesThe responsibility as sole site engineer with lots of burden to take and also to inspect every portion includes structural, structural, m&e, landscape and sales of house. The management also to strict and every meeting have to concludes with hotness and aggressive words by the top management. Prepare to hear and absorb every harsh words.
