    Good colleagues and benefits, but not so friendly management
    The good thingsSupportive and friendly colleagues. Ample opportunities to grow and learn new skills. Great office location. Benefits are quite good for a Malaysia-originated company. A lot of annual leave given. Work-life balance can be achieved for certain roles.
    The challengesLow level staff and senior managements have some gaps - you can actually feel the gap; hence it's a bit hard to work together. Office politics can be seen for certain people; poor performance but able to get promotion. The management is not so financially prudent- spend a lot of money for company events/business travelling; when at the same time, they always preach about "cost cutting".
