    The good things- Nearby LRT station - Transport allowance given - Knowledge about shipping in APAC countries
    The challenges- No work/life balances as they will request you to work during weekend especially closing week - Office politics can be real here - They can easily change your team without asking you first - You need to be mentally strong

    The good thingsBosses are open and able to give you direction as to what they need, and colleagues are helpful and friendly. You would need to know how to maneuver yourself by asking questions, looking for the right people and never give up. Show your worthy and you will get what you deserve. Great career growth and opportunities.
    The challengesSome things need time to approve and you would need to have justifications to your actions. Justifications mostly relate to numbers and behaviours through analytics. If you can understand this, then you'll be fine. KPIs are harder to achieve every year but which company isnt?

    The good thingsKPI and performance driven company. Team members are great to be with and they are willing to teach you. Location near to LRT ,can save a lot of travelling cost and time. Flexi working hours and location allowed.
    The challengesSystem a bit manual, needs to key in a lot of data so can be very busy during closing period but luckily co allowed to claim OT to compensate for the long working hours.

    The challengesToxic team member and manager overall toxic environment Arrogant senior staff Communication among colleagues is always a challenge lack of training doesn't value junior staffs Workload is a little bit high due to insufficient team mates The accounting software is quite bad. Too manual tasks to transfer numbers to reporting tool. Will be great if system can be automated.

    The good thingsThe colleagues here are helpful and friendly. Ever-ready to help those in need. Work-life is quite balance if you can accept super-crazy hours during closing, because during off-peak, very relaxed time. The promotion opportunity is quite okay. Good and friendly leaders and managers who are patience in explaining.
    The challengesThe accounting software is quite bad. Too manual tasks to transfer numbers to reporting tool. Will be great if system can be automated.
