    The challengesMicromanaging leaders, keep on changing company direction, bad culture to continue working here, massive workload, leaders who won't listen. I thought it was just rumors before joining this Company, but after joining, I understood and experienced it firsthand. No bonus, no increment, pathetic medical allowance

    The good thingsmy skills and experience in managing 7 years of production with the police of the sony factory and the management of the production calculations for safeguards.sdn.bhd closing and disbursing money according to the passenger's time that have been resolved in accordance with our company standard operating procedures
    The challengesMonitor by cctv 24hrs running and efficient, careful and cautious every time before closing the figure after calculating the money in and out of the bank and other customers.may work alone if deemed trust by senior cashiers, executives, senior executives or assistant managers to manage the work until concluded unless a business does not require a signature other than me for the job.

    The good thingsTeam mate is the most precious things you get, the negligence of management structure makes the place interesting to work and cross learning.
    The challengesBad Management Culture , There is no clear KPI and appraisal for review. It is just mandate work and under appreciation from the management did not help much
