    Everyone is like a family member
    The good thingsAll colleagues are very supportive and close to each other. Working here really makes me feel like part of the big family. Unlike my previous job else where office politics were the norm, the situation and feeling of working in Safetyware is different. Everyone is friendly and support each others here.
    The challengesThe pace is quite fast and sometimes can be overwhelmed with works.

    Good rule and well time balancing between home and work
    The good thingsGreat working hour (a flexible hour for office staff) No OT pay for almost al office staff to ensure the balance between home and work. There have taken good care of the relationship between employee and employer with lanch activity each month.
    The challengesThe salary for an internship and after the internship was the same and hard for the after internship trainee to continuos to work with Safetyware because of only half a thousand ringgit for their bonus and not other financial support for them after internship period.

    A good company for people who wish to grow
    The good thingsLots of learning & development opportunities. This company emphasize a lot on people's development. I can see that the top management is very passionate about the industry and also about the team members. I am with the company for 3 years+ now and it never failed to excite & motivate me to work, grow and have fun.
    The challengesSometimes things can be quite fast paced. Sometimes the works can be heavy as well. So I need to react fast and move fast. However, this can also be a good thing as it makes me stronger to face even tougher challenges in the future.

    Good working environment with good team mates & strong top management support
    The good thingsThere are always chances to learn new things & knowledge, and I feel empowered to handle my tasks. The top management has been very supportive to my ideas & suggestions and I my colleagues are very helpful too. There's no "office politics" here unlike the past companies which I've worked with before. I feel like being in a family here.
    The challengesSometimes the works might be a little overwhelming. If looking from the positive sides, I guess this would be good to help me to improve further and faster than if I wasn't given much tasks to do.

    A good company to work and grow.
    The good thingsA very good company which focus on people development. Overall I got a lot of opportunities to learn and grow, and I think the company is doing a very noble business by providing solution to help people to work safely and healthily.
    The challengesThe company is a rapidly growing company and is dynamic, so sometimes there might be a lot of changes which we will need to adapt ourselves to handle them well.
