    The good thingsThe working environment is clean and great. The good thing about this company are the staffs are friendly and many internal courses or training are available for the staffs and trainees. I have gained many knowledge on how the process and testing of rubber compounds being run.
    The challengesMore communication should be made between Department of Quality Assurance and the workers at the production.
