    Great place to learn!
    The good thingsYou’ll be exposed to a lot of learning here, most top management is very nice and would assist you in your task. At the same time, you will have to learn to work independently! Work life balance - flexible hours and work from home. Salary is good (13 months) despite increment is low.
    The challengesNothing bad but as it is a subsidiary of an italian company, the chances of a local to have high position is low (despite there are some managers are local).

    Good company but bad time for the industry
    The good thingsWork life balance, with lunch or weekend activities to bond with colleagues. Flexibility on clock-in and clock-out which is a great to avoid peak hour jam. Workplace with awesome people and good environment. Staff benefit is above average. Best of all the location is in city central, easy access by all mean of transport.
    The challengesManagement do not communicate on company direction. Could be more transparent in delivering management plan or decisions. Not a good time for the industry. Parking is costly.
