    Fresh graduates are encouraged
The good thingsThis company is a good place for fresh graduates, whom needs experiences to grow in future. However, one should be ready to "Fan" their superiors and do not expect high salary or any remuneration.
The challengesExpect less professionalism, unnecessary documentations and paper works / filings, paper wastage, your opinion is not considered, most importantly you learn how to lie.

10 years relevant industrial experiance in HR department helps to mold students towards preparing them to be employers' choice.
The good thingsflexible working hours, study leave and easy methods in applying various types of leave. Laissez-faire oriented company where all our points are valued well. given enough time to prepare students assessments.
The challengesthis company need to retain worth employees by giving more benefits such as bonus and rewards. great in giving recognition but poor in rewarding. not encouraging research work and giving enough time to personal growth.

    Work Related Feedback
The good thingsHigh level of collegiality. Not too large and therefore more accommodating of personal requests than most. Still very client-centred even though the business numbers are important. Quite committed towards continuous quality improvements across board. Fair in determination and distribution of incentives or bonuses.
The challengesBeing `small' but growing results in an increasing workload that requires one to perform beyond what is prescribed. The need to build up most procedures and processes from scrape. Changing the mindsets of `long term' employees towards accepting change in ways of doing thing.
