    The good thingsA young company with a lot for room for career advancement. A good place for a freshy to start a career, as long as the person comes with positive attitude and hunger for personal growth. A niche industry that provides a lot of learning opportunity.
    The challengesThe company is new and so is system and processes. It requires fine tuning and sometimes caused uncertainty in term of the policy. The top management is made up of foreigners who still need to be accustomed to the way of working for the local, and vice versa. It is challenge rather than problem, and therefore post as a great opportunity for the company to be the leader in the industry.
