    All can be done when get supported from the top and management level but its little bit hard to get the site management to commit with the OSH standard, All goes to site safety practitioner to make idea how to drive OSH in their s workplace and make it within the specific standard to achieve department target.
    The good thingsYou have pretty much time to think all about your program, make improvement of your procedure, report , paper work or anything you want because not much load put on your shoulder due to less and small project.

    The good thingsWorking hour is flexible. if you come late, you just have to go back home late to replace the hour/minute that you late of the day.
    The challengesI'm bored doing the same job scope every day. Was hoping to change department to be assign to Langat 2 Water Treatment Plant Project in the near future.
