My Bad Experience in APPCO Malaysia
The good thingsThe company is located in a very public-commuter friendly area. The company offers yearly paid trip to popular holiday destinations. The company has diverse workforce.
The challengesThe culture in this company at the outset appears to be very friendly and people orientated but soon one will find out that the internal politics are vicious. A group of so called \"loyal employees\" in this organization will deliberately make sure they keep smart people outside. This company has a very weak executive management team that condones and uses bad management techniques to get things done its way.

    chance to change the life
The good thingsin this company, there is so much thing happen to you, u can feel the enthusiasm culture of work. not just that, this company help u to develop yourself by teaching u the way to do work professionally for example they will have a morning class to teach u good work ethic. to add some more, this company appreciate staff by celebrating them and try to help u reach your goal.
The challengesworking in this company teach you to be a leader, so you have to prepare yourself to open your mind and accept anything good to you. like my leaders once said before let just be humble, let's just be stupid and let's the leaders teach us their way because they're successful person

The good thingsI enjoy learning new thing in a new industry. The company was very open into new ideas and concept, challenge yourself to be a problem solver. This company during my time was consider a medium sized organization which constantly required changes and people that are young, energetic and smart are welcome in this company.
The challengesbe prepared yourself with office politics and while the company is a established organization they lack of a proper plan for the staff career advancement in the company and even they don't have proper HR people in handling employees issues. But before leaving I do share some of my thought to the management and really happy they take necessary step to improve it.
