    Good Environment for Interns- You'll Learn :)
    The good thingsAt first i was nervous because its my first time being an intern, but with the help of the friendly staff and other interns, it was super quick for me catch on and do my daily tasks. Plus the office is located at Jaya One, so there are nearby mynews, restaurants, shops, cafes, etc.- Very convenient.
    The challengesmaybe just the distance from my place in KD to the office in Phileo , but other than that everythings good :)

    The challenges-The boss shouldn't force designers to OT just bcoz want us to standby even we already completed the tasks. -The boss should spend some time to listen to youngster opinion, so there's communication within the company.

    Learn, explore and experience.
    The good thingsThe colleague here are really nice and willing to guide us, interns. They gave opportunities to interns and allow us to explore ourselves by being involved in different departments. Honestly, i learned a lot from direct experience and indirect observations of skillful colleague in both minor and major projects.
    The challengesThere are times that you will be required to step out of your comfort zone or do what you may not be comfortable about. Commitment and a certain amount of sacrifice will be needed.

    Learning Opportunities
    The good thingsBeing in this company taught me that volunteering was the way to learning new skills and getting exposure. My experience as an interns here had been assuring because the colleagues were nice and the assignments were relevant. Overall, the environment allowed me to express my individuality and and my opinions and suggestions were taken in seriously. I felt valued working under the company.
    The challengesThe challenges that I'd faced were dealing with tasks that I was unfamiliar . However, on-ground experience was the quickest way to learn and adapt to the situation, and I had been given so many chances to hone necessary skills to become better in my job.
