    Great Platform for Fresh Graduate
    The good thingsAmazing work experience, especially starting out as a fresh graduate after my diploma. I managed to involve in a mix of technical work, marketing tasks and communication across different departments. I have learned so much here, from technical team in the terms of their engineering and manufacturing project. Enhanced my project management skill as well. I have had the chance to be involved in both on-site projects and research activities. As for marketing, I managed to develop the website and existing LinkedIn marketing strategies. Very supportive colleagues and our manager takes the time to teach and guide you. The hardest part is balancing all the tasks and managing time well, but I believe the guidance can make it easier.

    the system here is suck, got system but everything is manually attend. long working hours, even on Friday working hours extend to 6.15pm. if you are a student, maybe here is ok to join. but for people with working experience, i do not suggest.

    The challengessystem facilities benefits (do not mention benefits like medical, even medical check up need to self paid and cannot claim) working hours (mention 8am to 6pm but need to arrive at office 7.50) no work life balance

    HRThank you very much for sharing this review. We regret to find that you feel this way about the systems here. From the system perspective we have been working to improve processes to streamline the purchasing process. During this development there will be hiccups along the way and some minor setbacks and humps. Undoubtedly, there is a level of expectation that we set on our team members due to the rigor of business needs. We train the essentials and require some initiative to execute the tasks as it goes against our methods to resort to handholding and micromanagement. We however take note of this feedback and target to improve further to build a more conducive work environment.

    The challengesManagement problem, management is heartless and the salary too low compared to other workplaces in the same position. Not given the opportunity to speak and give opinions.

    The good thingsIt's difficult to put into words; just run as fast as you can. You have to work independently Colleagues, some of them are helpful
    The challengesBenefits, really minimal Management, attitude with lack of empathy. Super tense as it may jeopardize your mental and health.

Working independently is one of the expectations that is brought up to every employee during the interview process. We avoid handholding and micromanagement to allow the employee to have the autonomy to learn and develop skills towards achieving project or task goals. We however take note of your feedback and will look to improve on our end. We have made some improvements to assign new employees to mentors for on the job learning and guidance.

    The good thingsTeammate gave good support when asking for help and idea.
    The challenges-Working with management that have double standard issue and not discuss properly with other departments or section when making decision. -Decision making by management poor due to always change direction. -Due to direction not clear the timeline of the job became delay. -Job scope not clear due to management asking multiples task that not related with person in-charge.

We understand that changes in decision making might cause some uneasiness from the operations standpoint however being a relatively small company, pivoting based on market and business needs are necessary for our survival. We take note of this and have given the feedback to the management.

    Recommended to gain new working experience
    The good things1. Cooperative production staff. 2. Time-break 3 times a day. 10 min morning, 40 min lunch-time, 10 min evening. 3. Flexible for prayer (Muslims) including on Friday prayer. 4. Allowance.
    The challenges1. Quite bad in housekeeping at the production line. 2. No canteen provided. 3. Quite much hazards at production line. 4. No day-off. Staff shortage for rotation shift. 5. No rotating shift for few staff due to personal matters. Zero tolerance with other staff. 6. Not suitable for those who has sensitive skin and dusty air. 7. Seems like zero awareness among the staff about safety & health at the workplace.

    The good thingsA lots of new thing can be learned here and having opportunity to enhance knowledge in SOP, QUALITY, ISO, INVENTORY and SALES. Training staffs to be more proactive, multitasking, working independently, as well as create healthy competition between department to perform well.
    The challengesThe challenges are to be more firm in working and avoiding internal miscommunications. Everyone should not beyond protocol and not abuse the prosedures. Each department must give high cooperation to solving all the task and tackle all the problem happened. Everyone must be talk less, work more to avoid gossiping each other.
