    Too much integration between different platforms
    The good thingsYou can learn a lot of state of the art Web development technologies being implemented within different platforms. Good place if you want to challenge yourself.
    The challengesNo proper documentation to explain the nature of the business, and design architecture of the applications. Hence difficult to troubleshoot issues within applications, with way too much integration of application.

    The good thingsthere is a good mix of different cultures in the office, and you get to learn about other cultures better. Cool benefits for employees, but definitely hoping with some better options soon.
    The challengesDepends on professions, it could get pretty restrictive to get your work done.

    The good thingsYou will get to know more people around the world, this company is a multi-national company. Most of the time you will enjoy good food and drinks, and are meant for \"lazy\" people. Definition of \"lazy\" easy work and life style balance, and friendly management! Frequent team lunch! This will make you get fat easily :D
    The challengesThere maybe office politics once in awhile, but you can always write your frustration towards the boss (I mean the CEO) directly. Your superior may sometime be over-protective over someone, not all but a few of them.

    The good thingsIt is very flexible and friendly company to work with. It is open culture company, anything you don't like you can voice it out straight to the CEO. You will get the best experience in this company and you will never forget this experience. You will learn alot of stuff. Every friday we will BEER DAY! You can grab juices if you're not alcholic. Not just that you will receive very good benefits.
    The challengesNothing needs to be done. Just that your supervisor maybe a bit pushy but it is for your own good and company's benefit. The better the company the better bonus!
