    Most of the management don’t really care about you and have very little professional manager and if you lucky to have them as a boss.
    The good thingsThe Company can pay high salary, medical coverage can cover spouse and good performance bonus
    The challengesThe management and system wise very bad ,you need to be multitasking at all task..if you in production you need to take care even the material come in and out. Production take alot of responsibility because their are build and shipped the product even though they have other departments which not really help and the bosses always scold you.

    I like working (as a internship) there because I get many knowledge while at the company.
    The good thingsHigh salary, the workers are friendly and the environment is the best.
    The challengesDuring my internship, COVID-19 presented several challenges. I needed to take care of myself and follow many rules due to the pandemic.

    The good thingsGood benefit like bonus and increment. Working environment will depend on which department you are. just hope that you are lucky. I have very supportive senior manager. Work life balance will depend on your superior.
    The challengesDemanding customer as customer will work closely with you. Career development/growth a bit slow. You will learn something new. but not at one time. Need to be independent. No one have time to teach you.
