    The good thingsgain real life experience on how the engineering working life rather than listen to how the people express. understand that engineer contain their own role and professional. as an engineer, data analysis and research is the 'word of communication' but not using \"by experience\".\"by assumption\" and \"by prediction\" without the 'word of communication' support.
    The challengesfacing the documentation system and all the new practical and theoretical knowledge. time adjustment to get the things done on time and task management when a lot of things need to be done. learn to be proactive in every situation and considering other user when they take over the progress.
