Major red flag, working here will surely affect mental health over time
The good thingsNo good things here, never settle for a bad company culture
The challengesHigh turnover, work environment is beyond toxic, some of previous staff did resign after one week in the job. No career growth, low salary and benefit package. No clear structure due to its messy organization. Unrealistic expectations without proper support. Its not worth here, no job is worth our mental heath.

I have experienced a dynamic business environment marked by strong collaboration among directors and managers, clear goal-setting, and passionate guidance from top management
The good thingsThe business outlook is highly promising, supported by directors and managers who work collaboratively and set clear, shared goals. Top management demonstrates strong passion and commitment in guiding and empowering their subordinates.
The challengesIt is about challenge, need to catch up with the fast moving of the business trend.

Toxic Culture, High Turnover, AvoidLast choice place if you have nowhere else to go and want to delve deeper into solar projects. Avoid anything related to C&I solar sales—the bosses and internal processes are horrible. Steer clear of biogas, biomass, or hydro as well, as everyone involved is clueless. The only area worth considering is solar project management, but only if you're at the executive level and don't mind being worked to the ground. If you're at the manager level, avoid it like a plague, you'll be blamed for everything, and there's no such thing as collective responsibility or teamwork.

It depends on the manager. In my case, I got a manager who is incompetent, a favorite of the big boss, two-faced, irresponsible, and only focused on protecting himself. But the major problems is the higher management—simple as that.
The good thingsNothing is great here unless you're prepared to be exploited. The benefits are terrible, and everything operates in a very capitalist style . Use this company to gain exposure for your career growth and as a stepping stone to move on to a better company.
The challengesThe management is toxic, especially at higher ranks. Most managers are just yes-men to the higher-ups. The company does not practice good work ethics, and its internal processes are a mess, lack of strategic vision and they know exactly how to make employees work extremely hard for them.

Think thrice or dont even think about it
The good thingsOnly the colleagues and good surrounding area for lunch.
The challengesEverything is not structure, and super toxic. Top mgmt dont listen to staff and too petty on small small thing. Horrible benefit for a PLC. Always want to be like other company but dont want to improve itself. Expect staff to work 24/7 and reply emails even on leave. No training provided and staff have to work independently.
