Most people are around 25-30, which creates a fun and energetic vibe. The benefits are great and there are always plenty of snacks available. Working from home is super comfortable, and going to the office is just as enjoyable.
The challengesI was used to being in the office full-time at my last job, so switching to a hybrid setup with 3 WFH days a week took a bit to adjust. But now, I actually love it!
