    Overall, a good place to work in and recommended for those who are willing to learn more for career growth, and also huge credit to my direct superior who gave the opportunity and guided me through my journey to get to know all the manufacturing processes from scratch.
    The good thingsGreat working experience for those who are eager to grasp fast pace learning through different types of projects, plus training and guidance will be provided as well.
    The challengesDue to fast pace working environment, sometimes hectic moment will be experienced, but still manageable.

    Over the past 2-3 months even more, many employees have experienced significant delays in receiving payouts, with no clear communication or updates from the company. Despite escalating the issue to higher management, responses have been vague, with assurances of efforts to resolve the matter but no concrete timelines provided. This lack of transparency has led to frustration and uncertainty among employees, negatively impacting morale.

    Overall it is a frustrating work environment
    The good thingsGood for Intern to gain knowledge, because of frequent permanent employee resign.
    The challengesSalary not worth with workload. Talented get more work, end up staying late and effort didn’t get appreciated, while those who good at gossiping and pleasing the management were promoted faster. Office politics seem to matter more than performance.

    Mental fatigue but good in salary
    The good thingsThe Company can pay you high salary,medical coverage also good can cover your spouse and performance bonus quite high
    The challengesYou need to be mentally strong, you are at your own here and very less teamwork. Management doesn’t care about you they will force you maximum. Your previous achievements don’t have any value.

    Unprofessional in all the manufacturing field especially in aerospace, in aerospace engineering they have not so much experienced. There hired people with not any knowledge and experience in Aerospace. Very speechless
